Amazon SES’s Mail Manager offers email management tools to help manage complex inbound and outbound email workloads. Use the Email Add On from SES approved email security provider, Spamhaus’, to help safeguard your operations with industry-leading DNS Blocklists. By subscribing to the Spamhaus Email Add On, users can gain protection from up to 99% of malicious emails.

Designed to work without accepting any data, the Add On significantly reduces the time and cost of processing unwanted and malicious email traffic, leading to lower overall email infrastructure costs too.

The data 

Spamhaus’ industry-leading DNSBLs are powered by continuously updated IP and domain reputation data. The data is derived from 7.5 million IPs, and 3 million domains assessed every 24 hours, already protecting 4.5 billion mailboxes. 

With the Spamhaus Email Add Ons, filter out malicious email and spam, including email sent from botnet and spammer infrastructure. Additionally, identify and reject emails containing domains associated with spam, phishing, malware, botnet command and controllers (C&Cs) and redirector domains.

Who can use this solution?

Any Amazon SES customer can use this solution. The Spamhaus Email Add Ons are ready to be utilized with the pre-configured Add On, and can be activated directly from the Mail Manager console.
